When dining @ The White House - Indo Cafe, this is one of the appetizers you should not miss out on.
Having their Kueh Pie Tee [$10++] as their signature. I like it how they served their pie tee cups and their delicious radish separately which allows me to fill the selection of fillings at my own desire and a full-bodied crunch out of it.
Guess what? I'm still feeling full from last night's tastemakers session! We got offered almost everything on the menu by the co-owners of Seasons Bistro.
Here's one of the highlights:
Beef Wellington; Brand Beef wrapped over with Parma Ham and with combination of Goat Cheese & Dried Tomatoes and alongside some summer greens and homemade jus! It's a perfect dish for cheese lovers! I would say, beef was flavorful and everything was just too good!

Deconstructed Salmon Spanakopita was one of the most delightful dishes in Seasons Bistro.
Give this dish a double thumbs up as my favorite dish among the rest that was served on the table. The pan roasted salmon was really well-done and perfect with the sweet combination of sautéed spinach, crumbled feta crumbs, hung yoghurt, lemon beurre blanc, crispy leeks & olive oil caviar.
If you can't decide what's good @ Seasons Bistro, this is one of the most highly recommended dish to try!

Feeling for some chicken up on your Friday evening? Be sure to have this ultimate [Buttermilk Fried Chicken] Almost every tastemakers went crazy over it and that's how good it is! It was served with Succotash, Deviled Ranch Dressing & Homemade Catsup as dips!
This is a perfect dish as side for sharing if you're coming in groups or you can go solo by pairing with one of their signature pasta for the savory happy ending!
Burpple Eat Up : November'14
Seasons Bistro Famous Tuma Taco - with it's unique combination of avocado mayonnaise, pickled onions, crispy shallots, cotija cheese and cilantro jalapeño watercress salad on tortilla shell. A perfect dish as starters giving a light flavor to spice up your appetite before the mains approaches! Something exotic on the menu, I would say!

On a diet but wanting something flavorful for dinner? Head down to Seasons Bistro for something delightful that caters to your liking.
Here's one: Baja Cobb's Salad (An Almost Mexican Salad!!)
I'm not a fan of salad and neither do I go for salad diet but this is one of the best choice you can consider having if you wanna say no to carbs!

With no doubts, this is one of the hottest item that what Arbite is offering at their most recent revamped menu. This is definitely a sweet treat and gathering from all sorts of tastes and cravings. I kinda like it this way for having such unique combination that doesn't overdo it but you get what you want to satisfy your cravings.
The toppings of ingredient makes it so much better; matcha crumbs, almond flakes and also their fresh berries! I believe it will be a bonus if the liu sha texture could be served in molten instead of custard-ish texture 😉
French toast was pretty moist with its flavors that was offered to us, at their unique combination of caramelized banana came in perfectly which has given us a pretty smooth ending aftertaste😛
Seared beef tataki is one of the most value-for-money dish @ Arbite Gardens. Accompanied with sautéed mushrooms & drizzled with green onion oil and sesame sea salt flakes. You can easily get this paired with any of your sides or salad.
Pan Seared Salmon was one of the most savory items on the menu of Arbite. Having to taste the fresh bites of salmons and with the creamy mash & Asian vegetable laksa pistou as based, makes it so much better and it's really flavorful I would say!
This is definitely suitable for a light lunch if you're looking for one 😉
[Crumpets & Bacon - $9] : I have always been wanting to limit myself with affordable brunch on the weekends but I failed each time. Till I saw Arbite's refreshed menu, it's a total change in view of quality and value for money.
They offers the cheapest all day breakfast that you can only get in Singapore, let's talk about gourmet food at a very affordable pricing, which is highly impossible for most cafes but Arbite make it possible for you without having any worries burning a hole in your pocket on the weekends.
So here's one of the highlights of tasting session @ Arbite Gardens last week!
Salted Egg French Fries 🍟 yeah I know you must be thinking 'does that even exist!?' Yes it does, and so far it's only available @ Arbite! This is one of the most innovative dish I've had for my last chapter of 2014. Be sure to head down to Arbite @ Serangoon Gardens to try this!
