My favourite place for pork cutlet (tenderloin katsu) but I decided to try the assorted today and I really like all of it!! As usual, the crumbs were so light and crispy. I'd recommend this place if you'd like something that's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside ;)

Tucked in the corner of orchard hotel, right opposite my work place (international plaza) is one of the best ramen I ever had. This is the red spicy soup base, although I prefer the original. Choose "normal" for the authentic japanese taste. Very satisfying and fulfilling meal which comes along with free flow of eggs, beansprouts with sesame. Yums.
