Puffs : Hokkaido Milk with Fresh Mango (S$12.90/ 6pcs)
Shu cream, based upon French choux pastry where the puff pastry is baked to light and airy perfection with a sweet, crackly, crunchy cookie-like topping and filled with a luscious cream centre then gently dusted with sweet powdered sugar.
Love the sugary crust balanced by the slightly bitter pomelo.

Crusty and creamy without too hard although wish more garlicky or a richer mentaiko feel.
