$4 for a huge plate of noodles, filled with clams, refreshing vegetables, crispy seaweed, peanuts & pork belly. The taste is a little bland however the chilli makes the noodles more tasty! :)
Perhaps the best I've had in Singapore. It's a small setup running by a family just beside the kopi tiam. Best!!!
Chicken rice for lunch! Have been eating this store since i am in primary school already. Still taste the same as last time

Well balanced taste of coconut with spicy shrimp paste. Springy and generous serving of laksa bee hoon for $3 but was a bit disappointed that the prawns are replaced with crabmeat stick!
My regular Jap ala carte buffet for the past 10 years. I had 4 plates of shabu beef!!Bought the voucher for $34.90 on deal.com, original price $52.90. Shiok! @ksherena attacked the sashimi!
Didn't get my ice-cream cravings fully satisfied so walked up to the next ice-cream parlour that is merely 30 minutes away. Their Mao Shan Wang is extremely pungent, but also on the sweeter side so it fits really well with sweet-tooths who just love Durian. Cone was crunchy and fragrant; seems to be freshly made in house. Now I really have my cravings satisfied!
Beside the curry fish head is the Ampang ytf shop. My colleague likes the crispy beancurb skin so we will always order a plate to share though I'm not a fan of it.
Rare to see White Beehoon done Heng Hua style as Heng Hua cuisine is not commonly found in Singapore. This one came with a lot of goodies; clams, various greens and small strips of pork belly. The Pork Belly was fatty and chewy; adds a savoury taste to the Beehoon. Beehoon was also springy and dry, and the greens were refreshing and fresh.
