Following Cut by Wolfgang Puck's Mac 'n' Cheese recipe, we made this delicious thing for dinner :) Satisfaction guaranteed for the mac 'n' cheese-crazy.

Haven't been in the kitchen much lately. So I remembered I had a slice of pumpkin in the vegetable drawer and found that mould had grown on the outer layer 😱 Shaved off mouldy parts. Couldn't touch the seeds this time (they too were covered in mould) so threw them away I did. Steamed pumpkins, sweet potatoes and carrots altogether in the electric steamer. Added the usual paprika, mixed herbs, pepper and pink salt to the mashed pumpkin. Then decided to combine it with the garlic and herb tomato-based sauce to create a very thick gravy for the penne. In the end I was too full to finish the pasta and the rest of the food I steamed. So ended up keeping everything back into the fridge.
