Audra gave us a competition. Our group of 5 won! The best tart with the most even base, nice thickness of the crust at the side, consistency of the ganache, the nice thickness of the port jelly and enough raspberry to balance between the tartness and richness of the choc ganache. Give us a clap lah... *head getting big*
