The salmon taste normal but salmon portion is rather generous

Meats are fresh and the soup is so tasty

The duck meat portion is generous but the salted vegetable soup is a little too sour

Not too spicy but at least it is not too sweet

The fish is nicely done as it is not too dry yet moist of the fish.. the price is decent and enough to eat 2-3 pax

The broth added coconut milk and is more towards sour taste

Wagyu beef is fresh, fish is fresh and the foie gras is tasty too
