Paella de Bogavante. Blazenly flavoured and coloured with saffron, it was one of the most delicious dishes at La TaperĂa. It is generously paired with lobster, runner bean and tomato. The rice is moist and so addictive. The lobster contributed to its flavour too.

Seafood paella which was loaded with prawns, mussels, clams, and peppers. The rice was very flavourful with the saffron coming through beautifully and the seafood was not over cooked.
