This #Ilocano delicacy reminds me of my Lola Oyang. I used to help her make this from glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, sugar and strips of young coconut. However, her version is wrapped in coconut leaves instead of banana leaves, which was used with the tupigs in this photo. #cagayanvalley @igerscagayanvalley
