Bisu Laksa (哑巴叻沙)

Loved the superbly well balanced and drinkable Assam laksa broth here from Laksa Bisu! Flavours were more layered and not overwhelmed by the added prawn paste. They are located in Air Itam Market Food Court (fab stalls here btw!), just across the street from the more famous spot 🙊. We tried both and much preferred this! Noodles were more springy and the bowl came with a generous portion of vegetables and mackerel.
