The bowl so big, that I couldn't finish, not matter how hard I try to stuff myself. Followed the locals, into this tiny joint where they only sell Mala noodles. Varying the spiciness from 1-10 mild, to medium (中辣), to extreme spicy, this deep pork broth seriously knock my socks off. The spice do not overwhelm the taste of the broth, which is great as at most times, the Mala soup base is almost undrinkable. You can choose from array of ingredients, with each costing a mere HK$7/ingredient. This super value for money bowl, can be shared between two people, it is a total perfect bowl for the cold weather.
