Hotel Stork Naha New Metropolitan Center

Best Budget Stay with Loft Bed & Attached Bathroom.

For around ¥3,400 (~SGD 32) per night, I enjoyed a cozy stay at Hotel Stork, an internet cafe-style hotel in Naha, Okinawa. The room comes with a loft bed and a private bathroom, making it a great deal for the price. I stayed here for 5 nights, and it was just perfect for a budget trip!

Location-wise, it's super convenient. Within a 5-20 minute walk, you can reach museums, convenience stores, shopping centers, duty-free shops, supermarkets, and the monorail station. Everything you need is nearby!

Since this is a food account, let me share more about the food offerings from this hotel. They provide 24-hour free-flow drinks, popcorn, and udon (limited to one serving per day at specific times). Breakfast consists of two slices of bread each morning.

Here's what I loved about it:
- The drink options are great, even including hot soup.
- The udon is self-service; just follow the instructions to make a hearty bowl. The noodles are thick and chewy, with a savoury soup base. You can add toppings like spring onions, miso, and condiments to elevate the flavour.
- The bread is fluffy and thick. You can toast it yourself and spread butter and jam for a simple yet tastisfying breakfast.

The bed was comfortable, and while the room was compact, it had everything I needed. The toilet under the loft bed was practical, though the steep ladder to climb up to the bed might not be ideal for older guests or those with back issues.

They also have a few coin-operated washing machine and dryer for laundry, making it super convenient for longer stays.
