for two people, we ordered and madly OVER-ORDERED cos we frigging didn't know how huge the portions would be! I know it doesn't look like much in this top-view shot but trust me, I was dining with a man eats three times of a Singaporean man and one who never ever wastes food (and I really mean NEVER) but for him to even reject the idea of doggy-bagging our remaining fries, you'd know we really had too much food. so much that I think I need to starve for the next two months in order to shed the holiday weight gain. for the first time in my life, I am wondering why the portions are SO HUGE for the prices I'm paying! I'm not kidding. I wish I had Tripadvisor-ed this restaurant before deciding what to order. this is the Jack Potato with Chicken Slices (many many big slices, no less!) and Grilled Veggies with Sour Cream. you can't tell but the entire plate was filled. it was a big plate and the length of the potato filled up at least 80% of the plate. unbelievable 😰

I thought that as a side dish, this would be just a handful of fries but the bowl is about 6cm deep, diameter about 12cm (estimated measurements). it really doesn't sound like a lot but after you've had the appetizer/starter and the main dish, this is impossible to finish but it was so yums! 😋

I told myself that it's okay if it's not as good as my fave in Singapore. if it wasn't good, just leave it or have some ketchup to go along but I definitely couldn't let it slip from my to-order list. I'm gonna throw out a big one to say THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST TRUFFLE FRIES I'VE HAD! I've always said that the ones at P.S Cafe / Symmetry are the best ones I've had in Singapore and I never found any to beat the one at P.S Cafe but i am telling you guys, for the tastes and prices, this one wins hands & legs down. every fry was deeply infused in truffle oil and they were not in the least stingy with the cheese! so I can't dine in Austria everyday (half the price!
