We picked @hashspecialtycoffee and landed ourselves some good coffee and also this awesome bacon French croissant for breakfast.
The croissant was done French toast way, stuffed with bacons and drizzled with maple syrup, absolutely delicious. The caramelised bananas on the side were also nicely done with a thin, smooth crispy crust. On the whole, this was one breakfast perfect for a nice strong coffee to go with.
Thing about travelling solo as a foodie lugging a massive DSLR around is pour shots for these are virtually impossible to pull off. But nice photo (or the lack thereof rather) aside, this Hot Chocolate was simply uuuuhmazing. The 85% Mörk Chocolate was smooth, nutty, and earthy, slightly bitter but not overwhelmingly so, which made it just 👌🏻 once mixed in with the floss. Only thing I’d like is for it to be a tad thinner and easier to drink — this is really thick and quite similar to Angelina’s for those who’re familiar!

I had the Crisp Corn Arepas with smashed Avocado and Black pudding, whilst @zeboy had Chorizo and Seared Scallops on sourdough.
