flavored with seafood stock and squid ink. wee bit wet- could have done with a minute or two more in the oven.

lamb- fatty and flavorful. but couldn't taste any curry flavor on the allegedly curried potatoes.

good. pork was not dry inside and crisp on the outside.

okay I guess, pretty normal dish. (chicken) eggs are poured over the squid at the end.
