For Mentaiko Pasta
Serving up classic and reinvented Italian inspired dishes, hit up this contemporary bistro on the 3rd floor of Shaw Centre for a lunch get-together with friends. Feast on their al dente Mentaiko Chitarra ($20) which Burppler Jaslyn T. claimed was “one of the better mentaiko pastas I have tried as the chitarra managed to encapsulate the delicate creaminess of the mentaiko sauce and the plum added a slight sweetness to the cream.” She also likes the Mafalde Cacio E Pepe ($15) and how "the pasta encompassed the cream sauce of the cacio e pepe."
