In support of Earth Day, homegrown oat milk brand OATSIDE will be promoting a more sustainable dairy alternative by teaming up with local F&B establishments Park Bench Deli in Telok Ayer and PPP Coffee at Funan Mall in Jalan Besar. Over the weekend of 22 to 24 April, OATSIDE's oat milk will be served by default, at no extra cost, in all milk-based beverages - dairy milk will continue to be available as an add-on option. Talk about a good deal!

Super Loco Group introduces month-long Loco Earth Month

For Plant-based Mexican Fare
The group that's been bringing us stellar Mexican fare for years is back with Loco Earth Month, happening from now till 30 April. Partnering with Australian plant-based startup Fable Food, they're dishing out plant-based meat made from shiitake mushrooms in a la carte creations or as a four-course dinner set menu for two ($80 per pax). Dishes include the Harden Flautas ($19) - crispy spinach herb tortillas filled with Mexican truffle, quinoa and goat cheese on a cactus pico de gallo. Or try the Fable Al Pastor Taco ($10), featuring Fable's mushroom meat-alternative.

Trapizza launches new Impossibleā„¢ menu for Earth Month

There's no doubt that Impossible Foods has been doing good for the Earth, which is why Trapizza, the casual Italian beachfront restaurant in Sentosa, has decided to launch a new Impossible menu. Get a load of dishes such as the Impossible Spicy Pizza Bolognese ($27), a popular favourite from last year, and new Italian dishes like Impossible Lasagna ($26) with Impossible Beef, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, bechamel sauce and basil!

Green Monday celebrates Earth Month with new plant-based dishes

Green Monday Group, which also happens to be celebrating their 10-year anniversary, has added new dishes to their extensive menu at Green Common Singapore. Order the OmniSeafood Laksa ($13), which highlights the new Omni Classic Fillet and Omni Crab Cake, or the Omni Burger Black ($15) featuring the new Omni Patty; Omni Chili Con Carne with Taco Chip ($13); and Pasta Puttanesca ($10). Green Monday has also collaborated with popular F&B destinations to create wholesome plant-based dishes, including Lao Huo Tang, Daily Green, Han's Union, LeVel33, and Erwin's Gastro Bar.
