We had an amazing experience at One Prawn & Co as both the food and service were excellent! We tried the 8-course set and were blown away at how the different ingredients in each course complemented one another. Every course was a fusion dish that was unique, smoky and tasty, highlighting their signature style of cooking over charcoal.

I especially liked the prawn toast, burrata with beans and of course the star were these huge prawns served in a pool of prawn head butter and burnt leek oil. Not forgetting the desserts which were so good, especially the sourdough ice cream!
