Got the Pig Tail Prawn Noodles from the less popular Albert Street Prawn Noodles as I was lazy to queue for Whitley Prawn Noodles just a few stalls away. The broth was thick and flavourful, but was a bit on the salty side, which might not sit well on some people's palette. Noodles were OK, didn't really like the Ketchup mixed into my dry noodles & ended up mostly dunking it in my soup. For $5 it's a decent meal at a decent price, especially with the flavourful broth! I would definitely come back again for more if not for the substandard & rude service I got from the stall owner. I understand that customer service isn't really a given at hawker centres, but I was completely appalled at the attitude given to me by this middle aged man taking my order. He reprimanded me for not ordering correctly when he himself wasn't paying attention at ALL & told me off just because Im relatively younger than him. Seriously? Maybe that's why Whitley's queue is so much longer than their's. P.s. I was the only one queueing at Albert Steeet's while there was a queue at Whitley. Yes to the prawn broth, never going back again for the horrible attitude.
