Heard so much praise about One Prawn & Co and I went with high expectations. Safe to say, it did not disappoint! The broth was especially comforting as it was raining while I had my meal, and the staff was kind enough to ask if we needed a soup refill. I got the dry prawn noodles and the broth with prawns and tobiko prawn balls, and was impressed by how well the flavours came together. I also got the tasting platter to try out the ngoh hiang, and I loved that they served it freshly fried. Personally, I would definitely go back for the prawn cracker and seafood roll. The chilli was a great complement as well, and I’m impressed to learn that it’s homemade! Definitely worth trying it out, indeed not like other prawn noodles that you can find elsewhere.
