First dining experience at Mott 32 and loving their modern Cantonese offerings such as their signature appetisers of Barbecue Iberico Pork which has been glazed with yellow mountain honey; the nice balance of sweet and savoury flavours with a tender bite is a joy to savour, and the Cold Free-range Chicken which has been doused in a mixture of Szechuan peppercorns and chilli sauce.

The restaurant has also launched a Spring Summer menu that has green inspired by authentic recipes of regional Chinese cuisine. Highlights include the in-season White Asparagus with fresh water prawn and Wok-fried Whole Lobster in a salt and pepper spice blend.
