We had the Tempura Seiro Soba: hot soba with a generous serving of perfectly crisp and lightly battered prawn, chicken and a variety of veggies; as well as the Tendon Set: cold soba (our choice) and a bowl of tempura on a bed of rice, with 3 side dishes!

The broth was amazingly fragrant with hints of yuzu (for the hot soba)! I loved how bouncy the soba noodles were, and it's no wonder since all their noodles are made fresh on-site using 100% buckwheat flour from Nagano, Japan. 🇯🇵
