What a joy it is, to finally have a taste of their food. Been wanting to give their omakase a try for some time now, but have never found the time to do it. The bowl comes loaded with ikura, uni and toro, with rice filling the bottom of the bowl. Despite being smothered with toppings above it, the rice maintain their individualism. Their texture is as pleasing as how they look, absorbing whatever flavors that seep into them and transmitting them with a gratifying chew. ⁣
