Unlike other açai joints, the owners of Seed and Soil leave their açai blends as-is, without throwing in additional bananas or apple juice to further dilute it — makes loads of sense when you consider that most commercial açai blends already come sweetened. Not the biggest fan of their choice of fruits (the dragonfruit and honeydew tastes really mild in comparison to the açai), but what stole my heart was the rich, creamy frozen açai. Scooped straight from those mega huge gelato tubs, it was the epitome of a guilt-free (I deceive myself) frozen treat 😋🍦
