Lim Ko Pi at this Ipoh kopitiam that gives you plenty choices of morning eats and full-on lunch meals done the Malaysian way. I had a plain savoury bun with thick, flavourful curry to dip (RM4). Adorably served in a bamboo steamer, the bun was warm to the touch so make sure to eat it before the air-conditioning turns it hard and unappetising. Kopi 98 (RM5) was a tad too sweet for my liking but perhaps if I had asked for less sugar like the uncle on the next table did, I would have finished it. Still, a homey spot to get your morning kopi cure!
