I'm always on the lookout for good aglio olio and I really am quite particular when it comes to the taste and texture of the pasta. This one has set a high expectation for me, the next time I were to dine somewhere else that sells aglio olio. I love my aglio olio with loads of olive oil, and this aglio olio is drenched with olive oil. And when I mean drenched, it's like when you scoop up the pasta and not drain the excess olive oil, it's gonna just slide off the side of your mouth. That was the first plus point. The second one had to be the amount of ingredients used in this pasta such as the garlic and chilli seeds. You can taste the garlic well enough with a touch of spiciness to it. Perrrrfect! The king prawns were the additional bonus points. The batter, combined with the soft texture of the prawns was crispy and a little floury. It was well-balanced. The mussels had a tinge of saltiness and was well-seasoned so that it doesn't taste too dull on its own. The service there was so damn good that I would be more than glad to dine here again.
