carbonara 🍝 I would consider the cream sauce used for this to be one of the lighter ones that I've tasted this far. So for those who are hesitant about eating cream based pastas for fear of feeling "jelat", this pasta should be just right for you. Also, if you still find it a little thick, I recommend just popping the runny yolk into your mouth instead of mixing it into the pasta.
