I am particularly picky when I eat home food outside. Why? Because I've tasted the best and the most authentic and many often don't reach the bar. Loved how this ayam was crispy despite the generous dollop of sambel ijo over it. However, it pales compared to other ayam geprek-selling stores like Gading. The cabe ijo was not spicy for me (might have had spicier ones at home) and very easy to eat. Gading has urap in every main which Papa lacks but Papa makes up for it with a manageable spice level😌🫶🏻
