We waited about 40 minutes at this kopitiam acclaimed for its roast meats before we finally got our food but it was completely worth it. Glistening pieces of fatty pork belly with crispy crackling, uber caramelised char siew, and tender, juicy pieces of chicken swimming in its own salty juices. Pile them high over the full-flavoured oil-slicked rice and slather everything with the garlicky, tangy chilli sauce before taking a combined bite and you’ll be gratituously fulsome in your appreciation of these meaty delights.
