Happy to try this Indian buffet by Michelin-starred chef Manjunath Mural. Here's garlic naan, butter naan, Punjabi samosa, paneer takatak masala and banarasi subz korma. I loved the banarasi subz korma, which was like cream curry with asparagus, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower. The samosa's crust was really crispy and fragrant. For naan, you can order them hot from the oven.
