Served with oatmeal crumble and vanilla ice cream, I absolutely love this dessert. Definitely showcased the chef's finesse in the plating and attention to details as it was executed brilliantly. The nuttiness from the oatmeal, freshness from the apple and lightness of the ice cream goes well with each other.
