Generally not a fan of chilli crab. Having said that, it was done really well here. The crab was super fresh - the flesh was sweet and succulent, and I was willing to dirty my hands just to get at that last bit of crab meat. It was a pretty large crab with a lot of meat so it makes you feel that all the effort spent peeling was worth it, which is very important since crabs are such a hassle.
