Skins that are inkuehdibly thin and qq-chewy; these are handmade, generous with fillings threatening to burst out of its seams - go for the interesting beetroot kueh for that subtly sweet crunchiness, or the usual suspects of flavourful chives and turnip.

Also liked the soonkueh which was tasty and generously filled with turnips, studded with dried shrimps and bits of black fungus! Not so much a fan of png kuehs usually so it could just be me. While textures were all good the fillings tasted a little bland so the chilli& black sauce helps give a little boost to its flavours.

Everything here is made one kueh at a time, so it tends to sell out pretty fast. You could either pre-order or head down earlier to catch em' all.
