Koji sable base was great, it cracks very nicely and was of the right denseness; it's barely there except to provide some crunch

Ckn parfait was good and the mushrooms combined for some serious earthiness, however they produce a bitterness together as well(or maybe it's just the mushroom?)

The powder does absolutely nothing though, compared to the intense earthiness of the other ingredients.

Overall it's worth a try if you're alr here

PS the chef is very rude to his staff, and he's not exactly warm to the guests as well
