Square Signature Laksa and Chilli/Pepper Crab. For Lunar New Year's Eve, there will also be the DIY Kong Bak Pau Station, Wok Fried Salted Egg Prawn, Wok Fried Sliced Beef with Fungus & Black Pepper Sauce, our traditional Hong Kong Style Steamed Pomfret! Not forgetting the delicious desserts. I especially love the Pandan Egg Tart and Bak Kwa Chicken Floss swissroll. It is a very refreshing change.
