Cheese for DAYS. That’s exactly what Korio’s take on the 𝙂𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙬𝙞𝙘𝙝 (~$9) is. Melted cheese was stretchy and gooey, perfect for those of y’all who are dreamy of that ‘cheese pull’. 🧀

Perhaps they went slightly overboard on the cheese, because the onions were somewhat scarce. I would’ve liked a more obvious sweet piercing onion flavour to counteract the dense cheesiness.

The bread crust was HEAVENLY. And this is coming from someone who usually ditches bread crust. All round crunchy at the edges, the slightly burnt crust was superb. -
I’m still with Ps cafe’s grilled cheese — but korio is definitely a worthy competitor.
