Part of the Autumn Abundance brunch trolley. Salt pork belly in lentil soup. Food is served course by course, and at the end, you may request for extra servings. It's more like a meal at chef Anthony Yeoh's home than a buffet. He personally served many of the dishes, explaining them at each table. I was impressed. This came last and was the most elaborate. But lentil soup and putting a separately seasoned and separately cooked meat in it is very European, in a bad way, and I wasn't convinced. Chef encouraged diners to try chabrot, by pouring some wine into this bowl to finish the meal.
