Le Matin Patisserie has launched their CNY Box that’s available till 13 Feb 2022.

As usual, their pastries did not disappoint and the standouts for us are the Lacto-Fermented Pineapple Galette (Truly an elevated pineapple tart! The creme fraiche helped to cut the tartness of the pineapple!), Hae Bee Hiam Laminated Donut Roll (So rich and savoury, the Hae Bee Hiam Cream Cheese Custard is the star of this pastry!) and the Chrysanthemum & Pear Custard Flan (Subtle floral flavours from the pear & chrysanthemum! Was expecting it to be jelak but it wasn’t!).
