Launched in October, PizzaExpress has introduced their new truffle series, headlined by the Romana Truffle Pizza with Trio of Mushrooms ($32), a 14” pie that is layered with bechamel, truffle paste, white truffle oil, mozzarella, trio of mushrooms (button mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms and portobello mushrooms), shaved black truffles and grated parmesan.
