Using the same crust as the Pizza Acqua e Farina which the chefs made in-house, this pizza comes topped with mascarpone, mozzarella, mushrooms and Black Truffle. The truffle is as a real as it gets here; a generous portion shaved atop the pizza to give it that promising truffle aroma as it reaches the table. Again, the crust was light and easy to eat without being too jelak/bready, while the mascarpone cheese gives it a real smooth, creamy yet cheesy feel overall. The mushrooms introduces an appetising earthy flavour while the truffle helps to enhance that with its signature aroma that comes in after all of that. A great deal for the truffle lovers — none of that overwhelming truffle flavour here which comes at $26++.
