Needs no further introduction of this other Michelin starred HK iconic food store. You got to love this cos of their springy noodle, succulent shrimp wanton and/or umami broth. Surprisingly it's my first time trying their noodles, cos I prefer dried style wanton noodle. What surprises me is that it comes across very light, not because of serving size, but the very thin and al dente egg noodles. The other surprise was their chili sauce which is pretty good.
