For starters, marmalade and pickles are just someone I don't eat. Got this recommended to me by waiter Fabio, I could never say no to a recommendation, and I was glad I took it up. That sweet chutney like onion, was cooked with the beef. The caramelization that took place was stunning. Topped off with pickles, which provided the tartness for the dish.
