Roast with baked potatoes is one of the Italian classics, or so I've heard. It is usually served using roasted beef or pork and I got to try the pork version. The pork tenderloin was really soft and the sauce added some herby and refreshing aftertaste. The baked potatoes tasted so good that I wanted another bowl of it but that was not available separately on the menu. Noticed that the portion was rather small? This was the accompanied dish for my pasta. 😘
