Or B if you’re a Burrata fan like myself. I’ve had awesome ones from Senso and Garibaldi, so I had wanted to taste the Burratina from Trattoria Amanda. My take? It’s quite bland and the mousse didn’t ooze out as I hoped for. The pizza though is to die for! We had the Capricciosa which had mozzarella, baked ham, mushroom, artichokes and olives with tomato based sauce. It’s very thinly-crusted and even the edges was biscuit thin. We finished all of it despite being very full (coz it’s served last). Squid ink pasta turned out to be a pleasant surprise, there’s bits of squid in every mouthful. Every strand of the spaghetti was coated with the squid ink but it wasn’t too rich for consumption. All in all? Highly recommended if you’re a fan of Italian cuisine. Great service too!
