Not to be confused with the 1-🌟 outlet at Crawford Lane, this bib gourmand Bak Chor Mee is one you can explore near your neighbourhood around the islands of Singapore.
With their signature big bowl of noodles, one can find non-marinated heavily unique porky-stench sliced and minced pork meat, pig liver, a small crispy fish, three savoury meatball and one wanton with slippery smooth skin with a small portion of flavoursome marinated meat in it.
Toss the noodles with their sinfully perfect mixed sauces, vinegar, lard oil and chilli for a robust tasting profile. The sauce makes a big difference to that plain semi-dry chewy al dente noodles. Every strand became saucey, savoury and full of that vinegary stench and certainly improved that porky meat flavours.
Their soup is one to mention. It's packed full of savouriness and porky flavoured taste. I would definitely have it in soup option if ever I visit again.
