Although described as "pulled pork", the slow roasted meat appeared to be sliced. Terminology quibble aside, the pieces of pork were lean yet juicy and tender. The rest of this Asian salad comprised of cashew nuts, a crunchy assortment of julienned vegetables, some edamame, Vietnamese rice stick noodles (at least that's what I think they are) and fresh herbs; all tossed together in a light honey ginger dressing. Being refreshing and apportioned to be quite filling, I can see myself ordering this when I'm after a healthier lunch.
P.S. Because Broth House is right next door to The Hangar and owned by the same person, you can also order this while seated in the latter. Which is what I did.
