The broth was light, a refreshing twist to the usual rich tonkotsu broth, with a nice earthy truffle taste with each spoon of broth accompanying the chewy soba noodles.

I would say overall a good bowl of noodles although I will not queue to eat it. Was lucky there was no queue today!
