Crispy chicken cutlet that was seasoned with salt and pepper. This chicken cutlet epitomised trade offs. It’s not the juiciest, but any juicier would probably mean that it might be too oily. It’s not the most flavourful either, but any more could make it easily way too salty. Ultimately, I think Isshin Machi attempted to strike a good balance — trying to maintain a good crispiness while avoiding the overt oiliness and saltiness. Not a mindblowing must-try, but this is a decent sharing plate!
