As a westie, I have been planning to visit Archipelago Creamery and finally made it to the ice-cream parlor that surfaced at Nanyang Community Centre quite some time ago.
With a variety of unique and special ice cream flavours which are mostly made in-house, I was a little disappointed that you can’t opt for a change with the default choice of vanilla ice cream that accompanies the Shibuya Toast. Served with honey, the warm Chocolate Banana Shibuya Toast had a crisp bread wall while the pieces of toast hidden inside was soft and nicely buttered. Though not the best; the banana slices, creamy ice cream and whipped cream atop the buttery structure was a decent rendition.
