Ordered their pastries via my estate’s groupbuy just a few days back! Can I just say, I’ve really become an auntie since all these group buys started popping up

Anyway, I had their 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 ($8.80), 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 ($9.40), and their 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧 ($6.30). The burnt cheesecakes were really good in terms of texture and had that perfect oozy texture. (I stored mine in the fridge and left it out at room temperature for a bit before eating). The Hojicha was a tad bit too sweet for me however, and I very much preferred the earl grey chocolate which was surprising! Overall, they were really good cheesecakes albeit the slightly high price.

The cruffin on the other hand was a let-down. The pastry weirdly reminded me very much of cardboard. Although it was stuffed generously with the matcha filling (which helped to compensate for the lack of taste!), I ended up throwing it away after a few bites.
